Do you like fresh flowers? Have you always wanted to learn how to arrange fresh flowers? Are you afraid of flowers? Ready to learn ????
Paula Eve Davis, Master Designer and workshop presenter will be offering fresh floral design classes at the Lafayette Hobby Lobby. During the course of 4 classes you will learn the mechanics of making a fresh arrangement, the care of flowers, and the pros/cons of selecting the right container. The class is $99. The cost of the class includes fresh flowers. A supply list for tools and containers will be available at the time of registration that can be purchased from Hobby Lobby. No experience required. It is a great “ friends out” time. Classes last 50 minutes Saturdays 11:00am beginning October 17, October 24, November 7, November 14th. You have dreamed of your perfect wedding and planned it in your mind. Then reality hits- how will I pay for the wedding? How do I make my budget work for my dream wedding? Paula Davis, master designer and wedding planner, will take the thorns out of your wedding flowers! In this 3 hour workshop learn how to select and arrange your wedding flowers, including wedding bouquets and centerpieces. Ms.Davis will also present cost cutting tips for your wedding day. You will work with fresh and silk flowers. The 3 hour workshop is $125.00 and includes fresh flowers. An supply list will be distributed at the time of registration. Do It Yourself wedding Workshops will be great activity for the bride and anyone who wants to help her with her special day! The 3 hour workshop is November 21, 2009 and begins at 10:30am. It’s the Holiday Season and its time to decorate. Normally, you would run out and buy ready made arrangements and wreaths, but you want to save money. In the Happy Holidays Centerpiece and Wreath Workshop, learn how to have holiday cheer on a budget. This 3 hour workshop is hosted by Paula Eve Davis, Master Designer and chief decorating elf. The workshop is $60.00 and the supply sheet will be issued upon registration.
