You are the greatest.  I firsyt met you when I hired you to helped me lose weight for my wedding.  For the first time in my life I wore a size 6.  I kept the weight off until I got pregnant.  I gained over 40 lbs.  i was miserable and then I called you.  Fit 4 Ever came to the rescue.  You came to me ( even though I had moved over 150 miles away).  Yo showed me how to shop for food for my family, cleaned all the non-healthy food out of my kitchen, and then organized the kitchen so that it would be easy for me to cook in.  The workouts, supplements and meditation helped me to return to my pre-baby weight in 6 months.  I am truly Fit 4 Ever.

I have tried the grapefruit diet, popcorn diet, ready made meals and just plain starvation to lose weight.  Then I found you.  I lost 17lbs in the first week.  it blew my mind.  I didn't feel hungry one time.  your delicous meals were great.  I thought I wouldn't like it because it was food I didn't normally eat.  I was wrong!!
